IC Imagine was fortunate to acquire 47 acres of land for its permanent campus and opened its doors to 110 Champion Way in August 2019 as the school began its sixth year.  For more information about our journey to this location, click here.

Our 115,000 square foot building is three levels and includes classrooms; science laboratories; visual arts, music, choral, band and theatre rooms; a gymnasium with locker rooms; a performing arts center/auditorium; school-based health center; offices and a warming pantry.

Outside we have a playground, turf field and outdoor basketball court.  Additionally, we have the Kingfisher Trail, a 3.1 mile cross country and mountain bike trail.

In August 2023, the Buncombe County Board of Adjustment approved our Master Site Plan, which includes an athletic complex complete with two fields, a field house and additional parking. This project will be a multi-million dollar undertaking, and while the final amount has not been determined, we expect it to be upwards of $6 million.  Since charter schools do not receive federal, state or local funding for capital improvements, it will be up to the school to raise and procure the funding necessary to see this vision become a reality.
