IC Imagine endorses the community use of school facilities for appropriate purposes.   If you are interested in renting a portion of our facility, please provide the following.  Once all these steps are completed, your application will be reviewed and we will contact you. 

1. Complete the facility rental application.

2. Pay the $25 application fee.

3. Provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance, which is required for all user groups. It must reflect a minimum of $1,000,000 for General Liability coverage with $2,000,000 aggregate limit; not less than $500 in property damage for each 1,000 square feet of the rented premises and/or $5,000 in property damage for each acre of exterior rented premises; and with $5,000 medical payment endorsements. The certificate must show IC Imagine, Inc., 110 Champion Way, Asheville NC 28806 as the certificate holder, and as additional insured. Email the Certificate of Liability Insurance to robtownley@icimagine.org.

Please note that IC Imagine does not rent to individuals.
