Insider

Imagine Families,

We’ve made it to Spring Break!  Your children have done an amazing job engaging in their learning these past three months and have earned a much-deserved break.

Over the past month, we’ve seen many of our lower school students perform in the Lower School Musical, heard band and chorus students perform, hosted the Book Fair & reading Under the Stars, watched over 150 of our student-athletes participate in spring sports, celebrated with seniors as they received college acceptance letters, raised over $40,000 for the Fun Run, and so much more!

We want to emphasize the importance of following our safety protocols when entering our campus during arrival and dismissal times. Unfortunately, several staff members have been struck by vehicles. It is crucial for everyone to abide by the 15 mph speed limit, knowing that often slower than 15 mph is safer. At the end of the day, our staff is dedicated to assisting your students, and it is truly disheartening that some have been injured while ensuring your children’s safe travel to and from school. Let’s remember that we are a community and commit to upholding our core values.

  • Inclusivity

  • Academic Excellence

  • Strong Relationships

  • Well-Being

  • Creativity

  • Exploration

We also want to inform you that speed bumps will be installed on the main driveway and loop during the break. The safety of our community is our top priority, and this measure is necessary for everyone's protection.

A reminder that the deadline to apply for the April 10th lottery is March 31st. We have always found that the greatest promoter of our school is YOU, so thank you. Current families do not need to apply.

We return from Spring Break on Monday, April 7th, and have so much to look forward to this Spring.  Our final ten weeks will no doubt fly by!

Warmly,

Jenn Townley
