Lower School Families,
We had a WONDERFUL start to the school year! Your students have done a great job learning new routines and procedures and getting comfortable in their new classrooms! We have loved seeing returning and new faces and having our Kingfishers back in the building!
We still have availability in our 1st grade class for this school year. If you have any family, friends or neighbors who have children this age and you believe would want to be a part of our Kingfisher community, please encourage them to apply!
We still have room on our buses for the daily morning pick-up only at the Asheville Outlets. If you are interested in using this stop, please complete the Bus Application and submit your Rider Agreement.
Arrival/Dismissal/Parking - A couple quick reminders for the benefit of our whole community:
In the morning when you arrive, do not switch lanes. You should remain in the lane to which you are directed. We have a systematic way of counting cars to keep it equitable for everyone, and when cars switch lanes, this system is disrupted.
Whenever you come onto campus and must park, you should use the main parking lot’s visitor spaces. Do not use the handicap parking spots as these are reserved for our families with handicap tags. We have several families with children in wheelchairs who have had nowhere to park because these spots have been taken. Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation.
