Lower School Families,
This week was full of fun activities and events as we head into Spring Break! First and third graders visited a Planetarium on campus with Asheville Museum of Science; fifth graders hosted a successful first Market Day as a culminating event for their economics unit; several grade levels headed to the upper field for celebrations; Kindergarten students took a spring observation walk on campus; and much more!
Today was an exciting day in Lower School! Mr. Jackson released his latest issue of the Kingfisher Kid comic! You can access all issues here.
Thank you for your continued support, we are looking forward to returning to 110 Champion Way rested, refreshed, and ready to finish the year strong after break! See you on April 8th!
Call for Volunteers
After Spring Break, we will need volunteers for the Fun Run and the Lower School Field Day. Please ensure that your background check and Volunteer Tracker Profile are current.

Recorder Club (3rd Grade)
Participants will learn to play the recorder, a real woodwind instrument that is hundreds of years old! The recorder has a lovely sound, it’s easy to learn and fun to play. This is a great club for students who love music class and want to learn a musical instrument!
