We are currently restructuring our IPO to include parent representatives for Lower, Middle, and Upper School. If you are interested in helping build our parent organization and supporting our school community please email ipo@icimagine.org.

Need for AVID tutors for March
AVID teachers in 9th and 10th grade need parent volunteers (Level 2 required- register here) to commit to one Tuesday a month from 8:25-9:55 to help tutor. Here is an overview of the responsibilities. If you are interested in helping tutor or have questions, email yvonnebourque@icimagine.org.

Introduction to Meg Turner - Upper School Interim Administrator
Parent University The Parent University focused on "Supporting Academic Achievement and Emotional Well-Being Through Social Emotional Learning (SEL)." This session reviewed the numerous benefits of social emotional learning across areas of academic achievement, attendance, school climate and culture, student behavior, and student and teacher well-being. Committee Updates
Connect & Collect Community Building Events We held our third Connect & Collect Community Building event on Sunday, 2/18 at Salt Face Mule. We had a great turnout and raised $500 toward Staff Appreciation. Thank you to everyone who came out to mingle and support IC Imagine and a local business!
Connect & Collect events are a wonderful way to build community with fellow IC Imagine families while supporting local businesses that give funds back to our school. Invite your family, friends, co-workers & everyone to join at these events, as all are welcome. Our goal is to host one more of these events before the school year is over. If you have any suggestions on where we should host a future event please email ipo@icimagine.org.
Middle School Committee
Chipotle Fundraiser - Thank you to all who came and supported Middle School! We raised $1,094!
8th Grade Formal - Friday, April 19th
*New* Band Committee - help with fundraising, organization and support. We also have a new band parent page on Facebook, IC IMAGINE BAND PARENTS, please follow for information and updates.
Staff Appreciation Committee Stock the Workrooms: We've received some awesome donations so far, but still need the below items. You can sign up and bring donations to the School Office any time, just label them as a Workroom Donation. Sign up Genius Link

Granola bars, chips, or other nut-free snacks
Help with a Staff Lunch - March 8th The committee will be hosting a Baked Potato and Chili lunch on March 8th for our staff. We need help with setting up, cleaning up, and donating food items like chili and dessert. Sign up here to volunteer and/or provide food items!
Save the Date - Staff Appreciation Week is May 6-10 More to come on how you can get involved and support our staff.

Great opportunity for US students to earn community service hours
Upcoming
List of volunteer options for US Students looking to complete volunteer hours for graduation. Will be able to be completed on their own.
Looking for more volunteers to join the Grounds Committee. Future plans include: ongoing maintenance, campus beautification, and picnic area shade project.
Fun Run Committee
We will hold our first school wide Fun Run fundraiser on Thursday, May 16th during the school day. Additional information to come after Spring Break.
Looking for parents who would like to join the Committee and volunteer to help the day of the Fun Run. Have fun cheering on your kids!
