Lower School Newsletter

Lower School Families,

Your students did a wonderful job with today’s lockdown. As a reminder, these drills are an important part of our emergency procedures and help us all stay safe here at school.

We are so glad we got to have a full week with our regular schedule this week. It was great to see your students and their smiling faces! The middle of the year assessments started this week and we are looking forward to all of the growth we know they will show!

February is Black History Month—an annual celebration of the history, achievements, and contributions of African Americans. Starting next week, our students will learn about why we celebrate Black History Month and about the achievements and history of African Americans.

All our best,

Jamie Williams & Ellen Girardi

Enrollment Reminders

As we move into the enrollment season, we encourage you to spread the word about IC Imagine with your friends, family and colleagues.  Please invite them to join us for Discovery Day on Saturday, February 24 from 9-12 and to check out our website to learn more about enrollment.  Stay tuned for how you can volunteer to support and be a part of Discovery Day! If you live somewhere, work for a company, or own a business where you can set out one of our enrollment yard signs, please stop by the office and grab one.  You can help us spread the word throughout the entire area.
