This is a wonderful way to build community with fellow IC Imagine families while supporting an amazing local business and giving back to IC Imagine.  There is plenty of room for kids to move around and for families to enjoy themselves.  Invite your family, friends, co-workers & everyone to join too, as all are welcome.  We hope to see you there!

~Please note we are no longer hosting an event on 2/8 at Archetype South.

Middle School Committee Fundraiser at Chipotle The Middle School Committee is hosting a fundraiser on Tuesday, February 6 from 4-8 pm at the Chipotle located across from the Outlet Mall (879 Brevard Road).  Come show your support and help Middle School raise funds for dances, more field trip opportunities, the 8th grade Washington, DC trip, and more!  Please make sure to mention IC Imagine when you place your order.

Staff Appreciation Committee Help Stock the Workrooms Our staff often carry the burden of supplying their own supplies, snacks, coffee and more. The workrooms at the start of the new year are pretty bare. We've gotten some awesome donations so far, but still need:

  • Fruit

  • Bubbly water and soda

  • Nut-free candy and chocolate

  • Snacks - granola bars, chips, or other nut-free snacks

Sign up Genius Link - You can sign up and bring donations to the Front Office any time, just label them as a Workroom Donation.

Staff Lunch - March 8 The committee will be hosting a staff lunch on March 8. We will need help with setting up, cleaning up, and potentially food items like dessert. Be on the lookout for a SignUp Genius in February!

Save the Date - Staff Appreciation Week is May 6-10 More to come on how you can get involved and support our staff.

Book Fair Committee The Book Fair is being held March 11-15. We are looking for someone to Co-Chair the committee with Laura Austin. Volunteers will be needed to make the Book Fair a success.  There are a variety of volunteer shifts and it is an exciting way to get involved! Please email lauradaustin@gmail.com if you are interested in the Co-Chair position or joining the Book Fair Committee.

AVID Tutors Needed   Beginning in February, AVID teachers in 9th and 10th grade need parent volunteers (Level 2 required- register here) to commit to one Tuesday a month from 8:25-9:55 to help tutor.  Here is an overview of the responsibilities.  If you are interested in helping tutor, please email yvonnebourque@icimagine.org to express your interest and for additional information.

Discovery Day As we move into the enrollment season, we encourage you to spread the word about IC Imagine with your friends, family, and colleagues.  Please invite them to join us for Discovery Day on Saturday, February 24 from 9 am -12 pm on the IC Imagine campus.  They can also check out our website to learn more about enrollment.  If you can, please volunteer to help with Discovery Day (volunteer information coming soon).  Lastly, if you live somewhere, work for a company, or own a business where you can set out one of our enrollment yard signs, please stop by the office and grab one.  You can help us spread the word throughout the entire area.

We look forward to seeing you at one of our upcoming events in February!  If you have any questions, please feel free to email ipo@icimagine.org.
