As the leaves change colors and cooler temperatures arrive, we know Fall has arrived at IC Imagine. Since Fall Break, it has been wonderful to see so many of our families on campus for events. Over the past few weeks, we've celebrated our community with Spirit Week, Homecoming festivities, dances, Lower School Math Night, and the Fall Festival.
Our Fall Festival last Friday was an absolute success! I want to extend a big thank you to the Fall Festival Committee and all the volunteers who made it possible. This brought our community together but also helped our multiple clubs and grade levels raise valuable funds.

Join us for a night of fun and fundraising at Blue Ghost on Wednesday, November 15. Show some love to our school while enjoying some great food and vibes. Plus, a slice of the proceeds will go towards supporting our school!
If you haven't had a chance to donate to the Imagine Fund there is still time. In honor of our 10th year, we invite you to commit to giving at least $10/month. Donate Now! Remember, a donation of as little as $10/month from each family would generate nearly $100,000 for our school. That is a lot of money to support field trips, athletics, arts, and curriculum!
During the holiday season, our mental health team spearheads our Families Helping Families Holiday Assistance program. This program is intended to support families at our school who may need additional assistance. Click here to learn more.
The first quarter of school ended on October 13th and Report Cards will be sent home with students on Monday, October 30th. For Middle School and Upper School students, this is a great time to log into PowerSchool and talk with your students about how each class is going. If you have any questions about how your child is doing or how you can support your child please reach out directly to your child’s teacher(s).
As a reminder, attendance at school is incredibly important to student success. Research tells us that if a student is missing more than 10% of instructional time it will have a negative impact on student achievement. As of right now, 329 of our students have missed 4 or more days of school. One half of these absences are coded as unexcused. You will be able to see your child’s attendance in PowerSchool. We need you all to partner with us in making attendance a priority in your households!
As the temperature starts to dip, take a moment to review our inclement weather procedures. In case of delays or closures, we will notify you through various channels – email, text/phone, our website, App, Social Media, and News13 WLOS.
This is a good time to go ahead and verify and/or update your contact information to be sure you receive this important notification. In addition to checking on grades and attendance in PowerSchool you can now log in and directly update your contact information. If you are not receiving regular emails or texts from the school, it may be due to the order of contacts in PowerSchool.
