Middle School Families,

We had a great first week back from fall break. Our middle school students settled back in nicely and are excited about the upcoming Spirit Week, Fall Festival, and Fall Dance.

The Month of October is National Bullying Prevention Month— a time to bring attention to bullying and promote kindness, acceptance, and inclusion. StopBullying.gov has resources for families to use when discussing bullying at home. We use Second Step for our SEL curriculum and for bullying prevention/ education, and we have been discussing bullying and prevention during our advisory.

The Application for Educational Opportunity/College visit approved absences is now an online form and the parameters have been changed. This form can be found on our website in the Family Resources section by clicking the Attendance link.
