IC Imagine is proud to offer a variety of extracurricular activities to our Lower School students this fall. Read on to learn more and discover opportunities for your child!

Please note that because these are after-school elective activities, the EDS discount does not automatically apply. For scholarship inquiries, please contact Avery Jones.
MTB (Grades K-5)
Kingfisher MTB is offering a 6-week program that will include mountain biking instruction, riding, and games. A snack will be provided.
- Dates: Wednesdays from 8/30-10/18
- There is no session during Fall Break and on 10/11.
- If a session is canceled due to weather, 10/25 is the rain date.
- Time: 1:30-3:30 pm

- $150 Grades K-1
- $125 Grades 2-5
- Note: invoices will be sent to families through MySchoolBucks once the rosters are set.
- Program run through Kid Cycle
- Group 1 - Kid Cycle will provide a Learn to Ride program. This will teach non-pedaling athletes how to ride without training wheels or assistance. Bikes provided
- Group 2 - Kid Cycle will provide fun lessons to athletes that already know how to ride a bike, practice and games on and off the bike.
- Program run by IC Imagine MTB coaches and parents/volunteers; includes a skills lesson, trail riding and bike games
All athletes need a helmet, water bottle and appropriate clothing to attend. All proceeds benefit our Kingfisher MTB Team.
Battle of the Books (Grades 4-5)
- Advisor: Fourth grade teacher Mr. Hutchens
- Dates: Tuesdays - begins 9/12 and runs thru Spring 2024
- Time: End of school until 4:15 pm

AMOS (Grades K-5)
IC Imagine is partnering with Asheville Museum of Science to offer opportunities in science.
Session 1 (Grades 3-5)
- Dates: Tuesdays - 9/12, 9/19, 10/3, 10/10, 10/17
- Time: End of school until 4:30 pm

Yoga (Grades 2-3)

Lacrosse Shots (Grades 3-5)
IC Imagine is bringing lacrosse to campus. Boys and girls are welcome. No experience necessary! This program will introduce students to the game of lacrosse through fun skills and scrimmages. We will be using lacrosse sticks and tennis balls, so no pads, helmets or other equipment is necessary. Equipment will be provided.
