Title IX

IC Imagine does not discriminate on the basis of sex in its education programs or activities, including admission and employment, and is required by Title IX of the Education Amendments Act of 1972 ("Title IX") and federal regulations to not discriminate in such a manner.

Every employee of IC Imagine has a duty, by law, to report allegations of sexual harassment and misconduct. Title IX requires schools to take immediate and appropriate action to investigate when it knows, or reasonably should know, of a possible Title IX violation. Title IX applies to all school programs and activities. Title IX protects all participants in the school programs, including students, parents, employees, and job applicants. IC Imagine complies with Title IX, as required by federal law.

NOTIFICATION OF GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE

IC Imagine has adopted a grievance procedure to provide for the prompt and equitable resolution of student and employee complaints alleging any action that would be prohibited by Title IX and its implementing regulations. This procedure describes how to report or file a complaint of sex discrimination, how to report or file a complaint of sexual harassment, and how the IC Imagine will respond.
