The link above provides interested student athletes with information about what they can do to prepare for tryouts and upcoming season. There is no requirement to do any or all of what is listed. It simply provides a guide. The parent letter can be found on the final page.

Generally speaking, students interested in XC should start running if they haven't already been training. The goal for middle school athletes is to be able to be in-shape to run 2 miles (under 20 minutes) without stopping as well as upper schoolers to run 3 miles (under 30 mintues) without stopping.

Tryouts are scheduled for August 7th & 8th (3:15- 4:30 pm) on IC Imagine's Kingfisher Trail. Student-athletes must complete their registration on Final Forms. (Note, Final Forms requires both a parent and student account as there are forms that the students must sign/acknowledge. Additionally, you can access the required annual physical form and upload it.)

Practices are on campus Mondays thru Thursdays from 3:15 - 4:30 pm unless otherwise communicated.
